Business Analyst

You’ll own key workstreams (research, modeling and recommendations) while collaborating across projects and receiving mentorship from MCG Principals in a high-autonomy, team-focused environment.
You. Your most valuable skill is problem-solving. You are detail-oriented, resourceful and curious, as well as proficient with research tools, MS Office. You thrive both independently and in fast-paced environments. Adaptable and outcome-focused, you bring strong written and verbal communication skills.

Associate
Role. This role is for professionals with experience who are ready to step into leadership. You will lead workstreams, mentor Analysts and partner with senior leadership to deliver data-driven solutions. Core responsibilities include research, analysis and presenting recommendations. Success requires critical thinking, clear communication with stakeholders and driving outcomes across our service offerings. You. You have 2 to 5 years of professional/operating experience within an industry we serve. You solve problems, own workstreams and drive deliverables, You oversee Analysts and support engagement leads. You lead delivery-focused workstreams across key or multiple areas (i.e. go-to-market, portfolio and growth initiatives, operational efficiency and supply chain management, enterprise risk management - among others). You oversee analytics and roadmap execution paths. You manage, integrate, track and create value.

Project Lead
Role. As a Project Lead, you will own end-to-end client engagements, leading small teams to solve complex challenges for executives, investor clients and business owners. This hands-on role requires a results-driven leader who thrives under pressure, brings strategic clarity and execution discipline, and is adept at working directly with C-level stakeholders to drive workstreams and deliver measurable impact.
You. You have 5+ years of professional/operating experience and ideally hold an advanced degree and/or designation. You are a subject matter expert in your domain within an industry we serve. You exercise sound judgment, solve complex problems and communicate clearly. You lead delivery-focused workstreams, oversee teams, and support Principals while guiding Associates and Analysts. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and curious, you manage analytics, drive execution, track progress, and deliver lasting value.
