Richard Sullivan is a Consultant in the Consumer, Retail & Health Innovation group, bringing over 20 years of executive leadership experience across global consumer brands and emerging health technology platforms.
His background includes driving innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence, computer vision, and musculoskeletal health - translating cutting-edge technology into scalable, commercially viable solutions.
Previously, Richard served as President and CEO of ASICS Canada, where he led national operations and strategic growth while contributing to global initiatives in product innovation, brand development, and market expansion. He has also held senior executive roles at Reebok, TaylorMade-adidas Golf, and Rockport, building deep expertise in retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer strategy.
Richard advises clients on growth acceleration, brand reinvention, go-to-market transformation, and organizational design. Known for his ability to lead through complexity and scale high-performing teams, he brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational rigor, and technology fluency to his work.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Saint Mary’s University and is based in New
York and Toronto, supporting clients across North America.
